Established on 11th September 2005, Energy Gaming & Internet Lounge is owned by three young entrepreneurs - Bhavya Parekh, Nirav Nirmal and Abhishek Sawant. With professional lives as diverse as Interior Designing, Engineering and Politics respectively, their common interest lies in gaming. Being hardcore gamers it was always their dream to set up a gaming cafe that truly catered to the needs of Indian Gamers. Each computer at Energy has been specially tweaked to give maximum performance. They have paid extra attention to the mousepads, mice and headphone that they provide, in order to give each gamer the best experience possible.

While the average gamer at Energy is roughly twenty years old, they are also regularly visited by gamers as young as ten. They even have a few working professionals who use gaming as a stress buster. Over one hundred gamers per day visit their cafe.

 

Not just content with setting up one of the best cafes in Mumbai, the trio decided to establish the Play Factory. This is their firm that sets up and manages gaming events, including some of the biggest Inter-College and Inter-City tournaments. Their first tournament took place only one month after the launch of Energy, was scheduled over two days and was attended by twenty-five clans. Play Factory will be at the forefront of many more gaming tournaments in the future.
